The comprehensive solution with the NetStar VoIP exchange consists of the contact center exchange itself and the recording system. NetStar allows you to work with both simple phone calls and video conferencing. Within the project, a middleware was created, communicating in real time with the control panel and responding to events generated by this control panel. Middleware was built on Java technologies using the Grails framework. The frontend part of the application was written in the Javascript framework AngularJS. Thanks to modern websocket technology, operators using the Contact Center Solution system can immediately see incoming calls and operate them from a web browser environment without the need to install the application.
