The company was founded in 2010 by two friends, Marek Polčák and Jirka Novák, who met in the student non-profit organization IAESTE. Marek had a business spirit and Jirka had technical knowledge. One of the first commissions came for the so-called. Silicon Hill within CTU.

CEO
Vasek has worked at Quanti since the very beginning, and in 2015 he accepted the role of CEO. He is an experienced developer and manager, dedicated to company-wide development and technological oversight of key customers. He graduated from FEL CTU, majoring in Systems Engineering.
He enjoys boating and hiking with his family.

Ing. Pavel Kalný
CTO
Pavel has experience in managing large teams and delivering complex solutions, banking applications and artificial intelligence. He worked for brands such as Moneta and T-Mobile. He graduated from FAV ZČU, majoring in Cybernetics and Control Technology.

Ing. Jakub Průša
COO
Jakub began his career at Quanti as an iOS developer in 2014. Soon, he became the head of the mobile application development department, which he built from a small team to a department with several teams totaling 30 people. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and focuses on further development of the company.

Václav Martin
CSO
Václav joined Quanti in 2024 as Chief Sales Officer. He brings over 20 years of experience in the software industry, focusing on product development, marketing, and business management. At Quanti, he is dedicated to building business relationships and driving the company’s strategic growth.
Outside of work, he is a proud father of two sons, a black belt in judo, and an avid explorer of technological innovations.

HR Manager
Eduard has been part of Quanti since the beginning of 2024, when he accepted the role of HR Manager. His priority is to support the company's growth through effective human resource management and aligning employee needs with company goals.

Vašek has been with Quanti since the very beginning and has served as CEO since 2015. He combines the expertise of a developer and a manager, focusing on the company’s growth and providing technological oversight for key clients. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU in Prague.

Jakub joined Quanti in 2014 as an iOS developer .He soon took over the leadership of mobile app development and transformed a small team into a fully functioning department with over 30 members. Today, he serves as Chief Operating Officer and focuses on the company’s continued growth.
