MailQ

Description

The MailQ mailing system was created based on the requirements of our customers, for whom we develop large web portals and e-shops. It is a web application that also provides an application interface for integration.

Our customers such as Heuréka, Czech Computer, Košík, Alpine Pro, 4home, Mixit, MND, Uloženka, Biano and others daily send hundreds of thousands of newsletters (so-called direct e-mails), transaction e-mails and SMS messages to many countries of Europe. We focus on the markets of the Czech and Slovak Republics, Poland, Hungary, and Romania.

Problem and the solution

As part of the delivery of an e-commerce solution, we developed an emailing tool for a major client, which provided the client with a comprehensive solution not only in e-commerce but also related to marketing communication. After positive feedback, we decided to offer MailQ further.
There are currently two instances of MailQ - one shared among customers and one separate for the Mall Group, which sends in of over 100 million e-mails per month from 30 servers in total. The MailQ service is also linked to technical support available every working day.
