Internal whistleblowing system
Information for Whistleblowers
Quanti s.r.o. has implemented an internal reporting system in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (171/2023 Sb.). If you suspect any illegal activity within Quanti, you can report it through this internal reporting system.
Who Can Report
We accept reports from individuals who became aware of the suspected illegal activity in connection with their work for Quanti, specifically through employment (including DPP and DPČ), volunteer activities, or internships at Quanti.
What Suspicions Can Be Reported
The range of illegal activities that can be reported is determined by the Whistleblower Protection Act. This includes all criminal offenses and administrative violations with a fine of at least CZK 100,000. Additionally, suspicions of violations of certain Czech or European regulations, such as those concerning data protection, product safety, consumer protection, etc., can also be reported.
How to Report Suspicions
You can report your suspicions using one of the following methods:
- Through the form at www.quanti.cz. This is our preferred method as it immediately reaches the responsible person along with any supporting documents.
- Orally via phone at 777 165 134, which is the direct phone number of the primary designated person.
- In person with the responsible person after scheduling a meeting.
Who Will Handle the Reports
Quanti has appointed the following individuals to handle reports:
- Primary designated person: Jana Horáčková, email: whistleblowing@quanti.cz, phone: 777 165 134
- Additional designated persons:Olga Lauková, email: olga.laukova@quanti.cz, phone: 732 434 543, and Kateřina Pokorná, email: katerina.pokorna@quanti.cz, phone: 736 223 151.
Reports submitted through the form are directed to the primary designated person. If the suspicion involves the primary designated person, you can choose to have the report sent to the additional designated persons instead when filling out the form.
External Reporting System
Reports can also be made through the external reporting system operated by the Ministry of Justice (https://oznamovatel.justice.cz). For effective resolution, we recommend using the internal reporting system as outlined above.
