If you have sent us a message via the form on our website, we may contact you regarding the content of your message. For this purpose, we process your name, contact details, and the content of our communication.

  • Categories of processed data: Name, email address, content of communication.
  • Purpose: Communication with the public, establishing a contractual relationship, handling suggestions, etc.
  • Basis of processing: The legal basis for processing is either the negotiation of a contract or our legitimate interest in communicating with the public, depending on what your message relates to.
  • Retention period: We process personal data for as long as necessary. If no contract is concluded, we will retain your personal data for a maximum of 12 months after having processed your enquiry or request.

In justified cases, we may provide personal data to:

YOUR RIGHTS

Based on law, you have the right to ask us to provide you with information or carry out certain operations, regarding your personal data. You can always exercise your rights by sending a request to gdpr@quanti.cz.

Right of access: You have the right to a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to certain information about how we use it.

Right to rectification: If you believe that information we hold about you is inaccurate, you can ask us to update or amend it.

Right to object: You have the right to object to processing that we carry out for legitimate interest purposes. We are always obliged to comply with an objection to processing of personal data for marketing purposes carried out on legitimate interest bases. Email marketing messages always contain an unsubscribe link. In other cases, we are obliged to comply with the objection if there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing.

Right to withdraw consent: If we process personal data with your consent, you can withdraw your consent to further processing anytime. Email marketing messages always contain an unsubscribe link.

Right to erasure: In certain circumstances you have the right to ask us to delete your data, for example if the personal data is no longer necessary for its original purpose or if you withdraw your consent.

Right to data portability: You may request personal data you have provided to us in a machine-readable format when we process such personal data for the purpose of fulfilment of our contract or based of consent. You may also request that we transfer the data to a third party.

Right to restrict processing: In certain circumstances you have the right to ask us to stop using your personal information, for example if you believe that personal data we hold about you are not accurate or if you believe that there is no longer a need for us to use your personal data. You can also ask us to keep personal data instead of deleting them because you need them to exercise your rights.

Only you, or your legal representative, can exercise the data subject rights. If we are not sure of the identity of the applicant, we may ask you for further information to verify your identity. Our obligation to comply with the request in some cases depends on the purpose for which we are processing your data. Some rights can only be exercised for certain processing purposes or there are exceptions.
